Executive Assistant / Office Manager
Exciting position in well- funded start up for a passionate, smart candidate who will act as Chief of Staff to CEO. Will be situated conveniently in midtown Manhattan. Opportunity to build office from the ground up. Your responsibilities will include finding space and building out the office. Handle all travel, ever-changing calendars, setting up meetings, dealing with C-level executives internationally. Ongoing projects should be prioritized and handled independently. You will be challenged and motivated by very bright Ivy League educated and "all star” in his industry CEO. He is egoless, respected, charismatic, warm and has incredible energy. Requirements: 7-10 years as senior level assistant preferably in a high tech environment. MS Office pro, project management experience. Able to function as Chief of Staff. Committed to long term service and able to assist whenever needed. Looking for refined and a total pro.
