Our client, a leading marketing firm for the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry, located in Tarrytown, NY is seeking an eager recent college graduate with a passion for marketing to join their Operations department as the Marketing Assistant.
Heavy scheduling, conferences, venues, lodging etc.
Running reports in Microsoft Word and Excel
Phone support.
Data Entry.
General office and administrative tasks.

Must have Bachelor's Degree- REQUIRED, Communications or Marketing a plus!

Prior scheduling experience - conference rooms, venues, lodging, travel etc. preferred.
Experience with event coordination a plus.
Prior office experience.
Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
Must be comfortable on the phones.
Excellent communication skills.
