Job Description

A large global investment bank in Purchase, NY is seeking to add an ASSISTANT to their Client Communications team

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience and have great communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track the status of release letters
  • Update weekly status reports
  • Assist with agenda creations
  • Gather materials and documents for meetings
  • Manage SharePoint sites

Your Skills and Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience
  • BA/BS
  • Experience within financial services preferred (if no financial services experience corporate experience is ok)
  • Great communication skills
  • Experience with SharePoint is a plus
