The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating Network Development projects, information, and meetings. This position has direct accountability for coordinating the field work for Network Development activities such as: clinical affiliations with primary care/behavioral health, post-acute relationship management, and other network partner meetings.
Provide project management coordination to Network-wide projects, including on-site and direct project management.
Prepare project management materials such as PowerPoint presentations and reports.
Collaborates with Network Planner and other Network Strategy team members to prepare reports using CRM database tools.
Collaborates across Network Strategy team and other internal departments to prepare Network Development materials, including; operation plans, strategic objective reports, and database reports.
Ensure Network Partner database information is updated and available for export.
Collaborates with Network Strategy team members in tracking Clinical Affiliate and other Network Partner performance to goals.
Perform administrative support such as screening calls, assisting with meeting planning, preparing agendas, taking meeting notes and minutes, and providing event support.
Assist with the development of Network department administrative procedures and workflow.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with Microsoft Visio, SharePoint or other Customer Relationship Management tools preferred.
Knowledge of data, collection, analysis, and presentation.
Attention to detail related to tracking of network partners and contracts.
Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across assignments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
