This position will service families currently residing in or trying to secure affordable housing. The goal is to assist families by determining initial and on-going eligibility which improve their quality of life and ultimately lead to economic independence.
Some families may include homeless, elderly or disabled. In this position you will be responsible for completing ongoing, annual and interim eligibility examinations for the Housing Choice Voucher Program families, such as notifying them of results, monitoring unit transfers and making annual rent adjustments as required.
Computer software proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Power Point.
Strong math, strong customer service skills and ability to multitask required.
Bachelor's degree required or at least 3 years equivalent experience working with economically and socially disadvantaged individuals and or families required.Company Description CVR is a multi-disciplinary team of affordable housing industry leaders that specialize in program administration and community redevelopment.
