The Late Stage Bioassay Development Research Associate will perform in vitro characterization of preclinical and clinical drug candidates in Regenerons pipeline. Responsibilities will include bioassay sample testing to support preclinical development, and bioassay development and optimization. The individual will also execute experiments to characterize preclinical antibodies for cytokine release and effector function in primary cell assays to support regulatory filings.

-Mammalian cell culture of adherent and non-adherent cell lines
-Set up and run cell-based assays including dose response curves with appropriate cells
-Stable cell line generation via plasmid based and viral-based methodologies
-Isolate PBMC and NK cells and use for ex vivo analysis of effector function
-Screen cell lines for target expression by flow cytometry
- Be able to plan experiments so all necessary reagents are available and
understand the procedures involved and include appropriate controls
-Analyze data (Prism) and track data generated over time to determine assay stability
- Have written detailed protocols so experiments can be performed by anyone in the dept.
- Record data in notebook in an accurate and timely manner with appropriate
purpose, protocols and conclusions
- Communicate with both supervisor and other lab members in an effective
- Present data to the departmental group clearly and accurately

Bachelors Degree with 2-4 years of experience
-Cell Culture (adherent and non-adherent cells)
-Luciferase Reporter Assays
-Cell Proliferation Assays
-Primary cell assays (cytokine release, proliferation, ADCC, CDC)
-Flow Cytometry
-Automated liquid handler experience (Hamilton preferred)
-Excellent Communication Skills
-Team Player
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
