Job Description

One of our clients, a scientific research company, is seeking an Administrative Assistant - Temp $25- $28 Hour to join their team for one year! One will provide support and administrative duties for supervisor and department staff as required. Compiles and processes various standard documents and correspondences. Relays and resolves telephone and walk-in inquiries. Schedules calendar items and meetings, travel arrangements, processes forms, enters data and maintains records. Edits and proofreads documents to ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Wide variety of typing assignments
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Sorts, screens and distributes all incoming and outgoing mail
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ???Strong organizational skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills required
