Contract Administrative Assistant
We have been retained by our client, an award winning healthcare company in Westchester, NY to find the best candidate to fill their Contract Administrative Assistant role. This position supports the Communications Department for a 6 month term. Responsibilities include calendar management, travel and expense report management. DOE: $25/hr.
This position is open due to company growth.
- Manage calendars and travel schedules / reservations.
- Prepare and reconcile expense reports.
- Coordinate and arrange meetings including preparing agendas / reserving facilities.
- Provide periodic relief to the Reception desk.
- Draft / edit presentations in PowerPoint.
Ideal Candidate Must Have:
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- 5+ years of administrative support experience is required.
- Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
- Experience supporting upper level management is preferred.
