Assist in the development of creating the best possible attendee journey at the North American Summit and Global Symposium portfolio of events by supporting and executing the production of onsite event signage, build and customer journey.

Primary Responsibilities
• Key member of the Global Branding Team
• Responsibility for creating the right customer journey and onsite experience at a number of events through the development and execution of branding, signage, furniture and build elements
• Assist in the establishment of global branding guidelines, look books and menus to bring and ensure consistent global execution with all our partners
• Collaboration with the business units to support their event objectives through the design of their onsite environments
• Build excellent relationships with the event partners – leading them to be innovative and passionate about the events
• Ensure effective financial management including budget creation, cost negotiation and accurate forecasting, highlight risks, make recommendations for corrective action and suggestions for how best to allocate funds
• Create and manage signage, build , branding, furniture and finishing/accessory requirements for selected events from planning through to onsite execution (in collaboration with the wider event team)
• Constant evaluation of the attendee journey and environments created to best support the goals and to elevate client experience– proactive use of outside influences, attendance at alternate events etc.
• Strong collaboration within the global event teams, be a champion for the look and feel of all the events - share expertise and guide others in creating optimal experiences

• Bachelor’s degree but would consider candidate with relevant experience without this

Professional Experience
• 2 years+ event or other relevant experience
• Proven Event Operational Skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload
